We have an opportunity for a Service/Parts Coordinator working in the Aftermarket team, in our Charlottetown, PE branch. This is a full-time, permanent role working with our customers, Service team, Parts team, sales and suppliers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the full cycle ordering and provision of parts to our technicians and customers

Prepares quotes for service technicians - provides quotes to customers and follows up with customers as required

Provide parts support to the technicians (field and shop) and is a liaison with Service and Parts teams

Order the required parts and hand off/obtain signatures with the technician or Service Coordinator

Tracks parts and follows up on back orders

Responsible for shop supplies and consumables for the shop

Responsible for van inventory - ensuring inventory is accounted for, tracking parts in and out

. Participate in the team on-call schedule, and Saturday morning rotation schedule

Keep work station clean & tidy, follow Health & Safety policies and procedures

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$25.91 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
