Job Summary:

We are actively seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Service/Parts Advisor

to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for customers requiring service and parts for their RVs. You will provide expert advice, ensure timely and accurate service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and assess their parts and service needs. Provide accurate recommendations and information about RV parts, accessories, and services. Coordinate service appointments and manage the service schedule effectively. Communicate clearly with technicians and customers to ensure accurate and timely completion of repairs. Process parts orders, track inventory, and ensure stock levels meet demand. Assist in resolving customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. Stay updated on RV parts, accessories, and industry trends to provide expert advice. Maintain accurate records of work orders, parts transactions, and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a parts or service advisor role (RV, automotive, or similar industry preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and dealership management software. A proactive, team-oriented attitude with attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or industry training is a plus but not a requirement.

Pay: $37,000.00-$42,000.00 per year
