Service/Parts Advisor

As a Service/Parts Advisor at Scotia Hyundai, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service/parts department and providing our customers with an exceptional service experience. Responsibilities include:

Assisting the Fixed Operations Manager in daily operations, including scheduling, and workflow management. Greeting customers with a warm and professional demeanor, and accurately assessing their vehicle service needs. Providing clear and detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including estimated costs and timelines. Coordinating with our skilled technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery. Proactively addressing customer inquiries and concerns to ensure complete satisfaction. Upholding dealership policies and procedures to maintain a safe and productive work environment.

Qualifications

:

Previous experience in automotive service or a related field is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications, including automotive service software. A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and willingness to go above and beyond for our customers.
