Description:



A ServiceNow Site Reliability Admin and Lead Developer for a website asset management project is responsible for both strategic oversight and hands-on implementation, ensuring the reliability, performance, and customization of ServiceNow solutions to optimize IT and business processes for asset management.
ServiceNow Site Reliability Admin Responsibilities
Administer, enhance, and support the ServiceNow-based asset management systems, ensuring robust operational stability and high system reliability.
Review, evaluate, design, and implement ServiceNow enhancements.
Oversee and tune platform performance, integrations, and backend processes, including database optimizations.
Integrate ServiceNow Asset Management modules with other business systems (e.g., CMDB, ITSM).
Perform system and integration testing of ServiceNow asset management functionalities.
Maintain business process documentation, governance, and compliance.
Provide training and technical support for deployment and release activities.
Lead knowledge transfer sessions and collaborate with internal and external stakeholder teams.
Lead Developer for Website Asset Management Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions for website and asset management workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical specifications and solutions.
Configure applications, workflows, dashboards, business rules, UI actions, and integrations (REST/SOAP APIs).
Develop and maintain Forms, Views, and Service Catalog components for asset management.
Mentor and guide junior developers, performing code reviews and ensuring best practices.
Drive technical innovation, process optimization, and adoption of new ServiceNow features.
Ensure alignment with business objectives, ITIL/ITSM practices, and scalability needs.
Prepare and present performance reports, post-mortem analyses, and improvement plans.

Qualifications


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
5+ years of ServiceNow platform development and administration experience, including asset management.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and preferably Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Solid understanding of ITSM, ITIL, and asset management processes.
Strong JavaScript, REST/SOAP API, and Agile project experience.
Exceptional communication, documentation, and leadership skills.
This dual role involves both project management and technical execution to ensure ServiceNow-driven asset management projects are delivered efficiently, reliably, and with continuous improvement in mind.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
