Job Description
Looking for Service Writer to join our team. As part of the front-line staff this position is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with top-notch customer service, consultation and explanation of required repair and services as well as sales, scheduling and following up. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: ensure that all customers are greeted and welcomed to our shop, offering assistance and information when required. Handle any customer complaints and disputes in a professional manner.
- Pricing and Quotations: responsible for handling sales, providing competitive quotes on work, writing up invoices.
- Invoicing: responsible for ensuriing that all invoicing is accounted for and appropriate monies have been collected.
- Cash: handle all payment related transations and ensure that till is balanced at day end.
- 2-3 years of Mechanic repair shop Service Writer experience.
- Strong sales skills
- Able to take direction and complete tasks as assigned
- Willingness to learn
- Able to multi-task and handle multiple priorities daily

- Calgary, AB T3N 1E5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
