Lead HVAC Technician
to join our team and take on a leadership role in providing high-quality service to our customers.Job Responsibilities
Perform diagnostics, service, repair, and installation of HVAC systems (residential and light commercial). Lead service calls and manage job site activities. Safely handle and install gas-fired appliances. Communicate effectively with customers and provide professional recommendations. Maintain accurate records of work performed. Ensure all work complies with TSSA and manufacturer standards.
Requirements
Minimum
2-3 years of HVAC experience
(new graduates will not be considered at this time). ValidGas Fitter 2 (G2) license
.Clean driving record
and valid Ontario driver's license. Must ownbasic tools
required for HVAC work. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills.Compensation
Hourly rate:
$25-$40/hour
