Position ScopeML Northern is seeking Service Technicians to join our remote mining site team in the Fort McMurray area.For this role, ML Northern offers a combined rate of up to $54.58/hour as well as room for growth!Where Youxe2x80x99ll Be Working

• Site: Kearl
• Schedule: 14 x 14, 12-hour days (paid for 11.5 hours).
• Accommodations: Camp accommodations are provided
• Transportation: Client provided flights to/from Edmonton or Calgary. Bussing provided from Fort McMurray to site (before and after shift).
• Overtime: Provided after 8 hours in a day or 44 hours in a week.

• Up to a combined rate of pay of $54.58/ hour
• Vacation and Statutory Holiday pay allocated to each paycheck
• Earn up to 61 hours of overtime per 14-day rotation

ResponsibilitiesWhat You'll Be Doing

• Fueling/lubricating heavy equipment in the field.
• Assist with PM/Lube Services at Lube Islands and in the field (oil and Filter changes)
• Daily Fueling and shift servicing or equipment at the Lube Islands
• Daily servicing/Fueling of the large loading equipment in the mine
• Assisting maintenance with lube extraction/refilling during repairs

QualificationsWhat Makes You the ONE

• Previous experience in the serviceperson (serviceperson) role required
• Previous experience in the oil sands required
• Class 3 license with air brakes

• Have a valid Class 5 Driverxe2x80x99s License
• Have experience as requested as mentioned above
• Subject to Random Testing at: Suncor, Suncor Fort Hills and Kearl sites
• Undergo and successfully pass the following testing:

• Breath Alcohol Test
• Urine Drug Test
• Fitness-to-Work Assessment
• Audiometric Testing
• Vision Screening
• Criminal Record Check

Shift, site, and start times are subject to change.All successful candidates MUST provide the following items prior to confirmation of their start date: * CSO or BSO Certification

• Silica Awareness
• Wood Buffalo Widllife Awareness
• Hydrogen Sulphide Awareness
• OHS Alberta Legislation Awareness
• Copy of Valid Class 5 Driverxe2x80x99s License
• Copy of recent Driverxe2x80x99s Abstract
• VOID cheque/direct deposit form
