skilled and motivated Service Technician

to join our operations team.

Position Overview



The

Service Technician

will be responsible for performing repairs, installations, and maintenance on

home and commercial coffee machines

. You'll help ensure every customer receives top-quality service, reliable equipment, and a seamless experience.

You'll work closely with our operations team and customers -- whether servicing equipment in-house or on-site -- and play a key role in upholding our reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities



Perform

diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance

on home and commercial coffee and espresso machines Assist with

installations and programming

of equipment at customer sites Provide

timely updates and professional communication

to customers regarding repair progress and service inquiries Maintain

detailed and accurate service records

, including parts usage and work reports Support

warehouse, logistics, and inventory management

tasks as required Adhere to

company service level agreements (SLAs)

and performance targets for timely service completion Communicate proactively with the

VP of Operations

regarding workload, timelines, and service issues Ensure all

safety and company procedures

are followed Contribute to a

positive, team-oriented work environment

and assist with other operational or administrative duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills



Previous experience as a

Service Technician, Field Technician, or Maintenance Specialist

(coffee, espresso, or appliance repair preferred) Solid

mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

skills Strong

communication and interpersonal

skills with a customer-first mindset Highly

organized

, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks A

self-starter

with leadership potential and a proactive, problem-solving approach

Energetic, motivated, and dependable

-- driven to do high-quality work

Passionate about coffee

and excited to work with premium espresso and brewing equipment Valid

driver's license

and reliable transportation (required for field service work)

Willingness to commute

to customer sites across the Greater Toronto Area

Assets (Preferred but Not Required)



Barista training or coffee industry experience

French-speaking

(bilingual communication is a strong asset) Experience with

La Marzocco, Jura, Breville, Eversys

, or other professional coffee equipment brands

Pay: $19.38-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
