Now Hiring: Coffee Enthusiast & Service Room Technician

Work Schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday (Saturday is non-negotiable) 11-7 shift on Thursdays

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience and skill set

What You'll Do:

- Engage with customers to help them pick out their dream espresso machine, accessories, and parts
- Get your hands dirty: Assist with the repair, cleaning, and maintenance of espresso machines
- Receive on-the-job training to morph into a full-time service technician

Who You Are:

- A self-proclaimed coffee addict (decaf fans welcome too!)
- A people person with prior customer service experience
- Mechanically inclined? That's a must!

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Diagnose and repair residential espresso machines
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer queries and concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts used, and customer interactions
- Regularly update knowledge of machine models and repair techniques
- Respond to service requests in a timely manner and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Experience:

- No previous experience required; on-the-job training will be provided however any experience in mechanical maintenance or a related field will be an asset
-strong passion for Coffee is required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Basic leadership skills to guide and assist other technicians
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
