Pace Solutions is a Canadian-owned company focused on water and energy conservation across boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and closed-loop systems. For over 40 years, we've combined water chemistry, asset reliability practices, and practical service to help clients operate safer, more efficient, and more sustainable systems.
We believe strong technicians are built, not hired fully formed. That's why we invest in structured learning, hands-on experience, and long-term development through Pace Academy and industry education.
