The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $80,400 - $99,300. The salary offered will be based on the candidate's experience, knowledge, skills and qualifications, as well as internal equity considerations.
Toyota Canada Inc. (TCI) currently has an exciting opportunity for a Service Support Specialist to join our Pacific Zone office. This is a full-time opportunity reporting to the Manager, Parts & Service. The successful candidate will support Parts & Service operations across Western Canada, acting as a key liaison between TCI and our dealer network. This role requires a dynamic multi-tasker with strong analytical skills and an automotive or related background who can identify business opportunities and drive growth.

What You'll be Doing:
Data Analysis & Business Insights
Analyze industry, dealership, competitor, and customer trends to identify business opportunities and provide actionable recommendations to the Parts & Service team
Prepare clear, concise, and visually compelling dealer-facing materials (PowerPoint, one-pagers) on behalf of the Parts & Service team
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate activities and create content for Parts & Service Manager meetings, Toyota Dealer Advertising Association meetings, and workshops
Maintain, distribute, and continuously improve Parts & Service reports
Act as a communication hub for the department, ensuring timely updates on key items such as parts and accessory availability and performance metrics
Dealer Support
Provide back-up support for Area Parts & Service Managers during dealer visits as required
Proactively communicate with front-line retail managers, acting as liaison to the dealer network in the absence of Zone or Area Managers
Follow up with dealers to ensure training requirements are met
Attend management and dealer meetings to contribute ideas and insights based on automotive industry knowledge
Monitor spending, approve claims, and work with dealers to maximize co-op advertising budgets to grow business
Continuous Improvement
Initiate and implement Kaizen (continuous improvement) efforts to enhance efficiency
Share best practices across the team through Yokoten and create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Additional Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Prairie/Pacific Administrative Assistant to ensure smooth office operations
Serve as secondary onsite contact for building and facility contractors
Support event and program logistics
Manage vehicle pick-up, inspection, and licensing of demonstration vehicles
Act as ISO14001 auditor to support environmental compliance initiatives
What You'll Bring:
University or college degree/diploma in business or a related discipline (asset)
Post-secondary education in automotive-related field (asset)
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, SAP Business Intelligence, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
High level of initiative and self-motivation
Demonstrated ability to improve work processes and enhance efficiency
