What you will be doing

Coach and support a service team to exceed performance goals Foster a positive, accountable, and growth-minded culture Handle escalated client issues with empathy and professionalism Analyze service metrics and drive process improvements Collaborate across departments to streamline operations Ensure compliance with company and industry standards

What you bring to the team

==============================


5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role Strong team management and communication skills Experience coaching performance and leading change Familiarity with insurance products, regulations, and service tools General Insurance Level 2 License Proficient with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint.

How you will succeed

In the first year, success will be measured by the ability to independently assess and evaluate team performance, service workflows, and client feedback, using that insight to implement meaningful improvements. You'll build strong relationships with your team, lead with clarity and consistency, and help foster a client-first culture. Driving measurable gains in service efficiency, team engagement, and customer satisfaction will define your early impact.
