Robert Half is recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join a well established company in Guelph. This is a full time, on site position.: We are seeking a Customer Service Supervisor who will be responsible for overseeing our small customer service team, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for improving customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support the customer service team in their daily tasks.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, providing resolutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Analyze customer service metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the customer service department.Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer service, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills..
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.What We Offer:
