About Us:

We are a busy and customer-focused Ford dealership in Uxbridge, dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for both our sales and service customers. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Service & Sales Support Associate.

Position Overview:

The Service & Sales Support Associate plays a key role in keeping our dealership operations running smoothly. This position involves booking service appointments, preparing internal repair orders for sales deliveries, processing customer transactions, writing retail/warranty customer repair orders, recommending and selling required vehicle repairs, and managing documentation efficiently. This is a profit-based position with earnings determined by various performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

Schedule and manage service appointments for customers. Write internal repair orders to support the sales department and vehicle deliveries. Cash out customers efficiently and accurately. Write customer pay/warranty repair orders and advise customers on required vehicle repairs and upsell services where appropriate. Upload and maintain dealership documentation and records. Collaborate with service team members, technicians, and sales staff to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in automotive service or dealership support is preferred. Experience with CDK (our dealer management system) is an asset but not required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary with other performance bonuses possible. Opportunity to earn based on performance and contribution to dealership success.
