A Snapshot of Your Day
The Service Sales Leader (SSL) is focused on large Gas Turbine, Nuclear Steam Turbine and Generator service sales and is responsible for maintaining and increasing our market share.
The SSL will be based in Oakville, Ontario, and work closely with a platform team that includes Key Account Managers, District Service Managers, Field Service Operations, Parts Business Leaders, and a service proposal team. The platform team's goal is to grow business opportunities, expedite customer response time and improve customer relationships through service sales and outage planning.
The SSL is responsible for identifying opportunity growth potential, responding to, and expediting commercial requests.
How You'll Make an Impact

  • Participate in customer facing meetings to identify customer needs, market drivers and act as the voice of customer internally
  • Plan and develop a winning bid and pricing strategy for selling service, parts, upgrades and/or modernizations that meet our customer's requirements
  • Review and analyze Customer requests and disseminate the information to the appropriate support groups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to collect input, streamline processes, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance with corporate policies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and cross-functional teams.
  • Responsible for maintaining opportunities and information in CRM tools (Salesforce)
What You Bring:
  • 8+ years of combined experience in Sales and Marketing. Preferably with Gas Turbine or Steam Turbine Field Service experience
  • Strong customer focus with proven communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in the development of complex commercial service-related offerings
  • Experience in Salesforce.com, Tableau, & Statistical Analysis is preferred
  • Proficient in technical and commercial writing for proposals, Salesforce experience and experience with steam turbines gas turbines and working with customers is highly valued.
  • Knowledge in drawing reading with dimensioning, tolerancing, material specifications, and bills of materials.
  • Knowledge in applicable codes and standards.

The Gas Services division offers low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization, zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines, and generators and decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

Le chef, Ventes de services occupe un poste axe sur les ventes de services lies aux grandes turbines a gaz, aux turbines a vapeur pour centrale nucleaire et aux grands generateurs. Il est aussi responsable du maintien et de l'augmentation de notre part de marche.
Le chef, Ventes de services travaillera a Oakville, en Ontario, en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe de plateforme, qui comprend des gestionnaires de comptes cles, les gestionnaires des services de district, une equipe des services sur le terrain, les chefs des pieces et une equipe de propositions de services. L'objectif de l'equipe de plateforme est de faire croitre les occasions d'affaires, d'accelerer le temps de reponse aux clients et d'ameliorer les relations avec ces derniers grace a la vente de services et a la planification des arrets.
Le chef, Ventes de services est responsable de determiner le potentiel de croissance des occasions, de repondre aux demandes de nature commerciale et d'accelerer l'envoi des reponses.
Ce que vous apporterez a l'entreprise
  • Participer aux reunions avec les clients afin de connaitre leurs besoins, de determiner les facteurs de marche et d'etre la voix des clients a l'interne.
  • Planifier et preparer une strategie gagnante en matiere de soumission et d'etablissement des prix pour vendre des services, des pieces, des mises a niveau et/ou des modernisations qui repondent aux exigences de nos clients.
  • Examiner et analyser les demandes des clients, et transmettre les renseignements aux groupes de soutien appropries.
  • Collaborer avec les equipes internes pour recueillir des commentaires, rationaliser les processus, assurer l'alignement sur les objectifs commerciaux et le respect des politiques de l'entreprise.
  • Etablir et maintenir de solides relations avec les intervenants internes et externes, y compris les clients, les partenaires et les equipes interfonctionnelles.
  • Assumer la responsabilite de tenir a jour les occasions et les renseignements dans les outils de CRM (SalesForce).
Ce dont vous avez besoin
  • Au moins huit annees d'experience combinee en vente et en marketing Experience en services sur le terrain lies aux turbines a gaz ou aux turbines a vapeur, de preference
  • Forte orientation client et excellentes competences en communication et en negociation
  • Maitrise de la preparation d'offres de services commerciaux complexes
  • Experience avec Salesforce.com, Tableau et l'analyse statistique, de preference
  • Maitrise de la redaction technique et commerciale de devis, experience relative a Salesforce et experience des turbines a vapeur, des turbines a gaz et du travail avec les clients, de preference
  • Connaissances en lecture de dessins avec dimensionnement, tolerancement, specifications des materiaux et nomenclatures
  • Connaissance des codes et des normes applicables
