One of our banking clients is looking for a Service Representative (Banking exp)
Length: 4 months contract with possibility of extension
Location: Montreal, QC - 100% onsite
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Pay Rate: $20/ hour
ROLE MANDATE:
The candidate will be a part of the Investment Support Group Team under Investment Services to oversee the administrative duties related to the management and record keeping of client communications.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
- This role will focus on the mailing aspect of record keeping and administration.
- Receive client transfers and mail them out appropriately.
- Manage the return mail volumes as they come in.
o Store processed items for record keeping.
- Check processing involves reconciling values in the system and then sending them out.
- Ensure that correct documentation is being completed for each task
- Previous experience with Microsoft Suite: Office, Teams, Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Good organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Previous Desk Clerk experience.
- Conversational French would be a plus.
