Nous sommes a la recherche d'un Professionnel en support qui fournira le service technique et l'assistance dont nos clients ont besoin. Dans ce rale, vous depannerez et resoudrez les problames pour stabiliser et optimiser les reseaux des clients.
Le Professionnel en support interagit generalement avec le personnel technique du client, les responsables des operations, les techniciens de maintenance et d'autres personnes au sein du service responsable de la prestation des services. Vous pourrez egalement interagir avec des groupes des services commerciaux, la R&D.
Vous devrez vous deplacer sur le site du client si necessaire. Le developpement technique est rapide et vous serez devrez maintenir en permanence vos competences et vos connaissances a jour.
Le poste d'ingenieur support necessite de solides connaissances en matiare de telecommunications, couvrant aussi bien le materiel que le logiciel et les reseaux. Vous travaillerez, collaborerez et communiquerez dans un environnement international, tant avec des collagues en interne qu'avec des clients et des fournisseurs d'Ericsson. Ce poste necessite e prendre tras souvent d'importantes responsabilites et il est important que vous soyez capable de travailler de maniare independante.

Depannage des problames des clients, resolution et distribution de Packet Core Nodes
Ce poste requiert d'atre disponibles 24/24 et 7/7 par rotation, afin de s'occuper des problames des clients
Vous devrez pouvoir vous rendre sur le site des clients dans la mesure necessaire pour les interventions d'assistance locale
Vous devrez pouvoir travailler sur les outils d'assistance standard Ericsson pour la mise a jour des tickets, comme CSR (Customer Service Request), MHWEB, etc.
Assister d'autres membres de l'equipe dans le cadre du tutorat et du partage des connaissances
Pour ce poste, vous devez posseder :
Licence ou Master en sciences ou ingenierie, ou equivalent
Expertise technique dans le domaine de Packet Core: (6 ans d'experience ou plus)
Solide experience dans les services d'assistance et depannage (6 ans ou plus)
Excellentes capacites de representer professionnellement Ericsson aupras des clients
Capacite confirmee de travailler et de prendre des decisions de maniare independante et dans l'urgence
Excellente capacite a decrire des problames techniques dans une langue claire et comprehensible (Anglais)
Excellentes competences en matiare de partage des connaissances et de collaboration
Excellentes competences en matiare de communication
Competence en coaching et en mentorat
Disponibilite pour se deplacer avec un tras court preavis

About this opportunity
We are now looking for a Support Engineer that will provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
The Support Professional typically interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also interact with groups in sales and R&D!
You are expected to travel to customer's sites if required. The technical development is rapid and you are responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date.
Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom, covering both hardware, software and network knowledge. You will work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson. The role more than often requires you to take on bigger responsibility and it is important that you can work independently
What you will do
Customer issues trouble shooting, resolution & delivery for Packet Core nodes
Job role requires to be on call 24/7 on rotation basis to handle customer issues
You will be able to travel to Customer sites on need basis for local support activities
You will be able to work on Ericsson standard support tools for tickets update such as CSR (Customer Service Request), MHWEB, etc.
Assist other new team members in mentoring & knowledge sharing
You will bring
Bachelor or master's degree of Science/Engineering or equivalent
Expert technical knowledge on Packet Core Domain: (6+ years of experience)
Extensive experiences from support services (6+ years)
Excellent ability to professionally represent Ericsson in customer environment
Proven ability to work and to make decisions independently and under time pressure
Excellent ability to describe technical issues in clear and understandable manner
Excellent Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Coaching & Mentoring Skill
Willingness to travel on short notice
Fluency in English
