Due to continued growth, Brandt is currently seeking several Service Product Managers to manage various services in Preventative Maintenance, Warranty and Service departments across Canada to start immediately at our Head Office location in Regina, Saskatchewan.
The Service Product Managers are the key players for growing and developing the applicable commodities for sales and margins. They will work closely with the Customer Support Associates (CSA\xe2\x80\x99s), and the Service Managers to execute Brandt\xe2\x80\x99s customer programs for all our locations. They will be the Brandt experts on services, on said commodities and to be relied on by all internal staff and customers for their experience and knowledge of these products and services. They will establish strategies and implement annual business plans for these product groups, with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth for the company.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Development and implementation of Strategy and Annual Business Plans
\xc2\xb7 Achievement of Service revenue and margin growth objectives
\xc2\xb7 Execution of Annual Business Plan Goals & RESPONSIBILITIES:
\xc2\xb7 Establish Strategy and implement Annual Business plans for Product group to achieve sales and margin growth
\xc2\xb7 Product Expert/Resource Communicator
\xc2\xb7 Coach, Support and Educate CSAs as required on applicable products
\xc2\xb7 Develop and Deliver training programs to develop CSA\xe2\x80\x99s, Parts and Service Managers
\xc2\xb7 Manage Vendor relationships related to services including new vendor identification and set-up
\xc2\xb7 Market Intelligence on competition, customers, pricing, and segment trends
\xc2\xb7 Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities for CSA\xe2\x80\x99s and branches.
\xc2\xb7 Identify new product opportunities and work internally to stock and supply
\xc2\xb7 Promote sales of new & used parts
\xc2\xb7 Promote sales of parts programs
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate creation of effective parts database
