Position Overview:

Universal Ford Lincoln

is seeking a reliable and customer-focused

Service Porter

to join our service department. The

Service Porter

plays a key role in providing an excellent customer experience by assisting with the movement of vehicles, maintaining a clean and organized service area, and supporting the service team with various tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure. Move customer vehicles to and from service bays, parking areas, and vehicle pick-up zones. Maintain cleanliness of the service drive, parking lot, and customer waiting area. Wash and vacuum vehicles as needed or requested. Assist technicians and service advisors with general tasks and errands. Monitor and replenish supplies such as windshield washer fluid, floor mats, and protective covers. Perform minor facility maintenance and organization tasks. Follow all dealership safety procedures and policies.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and outdoors in various weather conditions.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
