Service and Parts Coordinator.

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm, and a rotational Saturday. Some evenings may be required.

We will offer a $800 signing bonus to the eligible candidate.

Responsibilities

Oversee workflow in the Parts and Service Department, ensuring a customer-focused approach for the ultimate service experience. Follow the entire service process, including greeting customers, creating repair orders, checking warranty, recalls, and campaigns, and performing technical follow-up with engineers. Schedule appointments, order parts through the Parts Department, and ensure a smooth workflow. Ensure accurate and detailed information is gathered and relayed to the shop/technician. Work with the Parts Department to ensure that the necessary parts are available for scheduled jobs and follow up on any parts that are on order. Recommend customers the appropriate maintenance requirements. Create estimates when required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driver's abstract Must be computer literate and able to use multiple platforms Experience in the truck, rental, or automotive industry is an asset Strong attention to detail Strong interpersonal, customer service, and troubleshooting skills Team player with a sense of urgency and ability to multitask * Good work ethic and detail-oriented
