The Service Operations Manager is responsible for educating, motivating, and engaging the FOH service teams of all locations by demonstrating and auditing the highest standard of service excellence. They oversee all strategic planning, education, and inventory systems for all beverage outlets. They oversee and audit steps of service at all locations. The Service Operations Manager is also accountable for ensuring maximum productivity and cost-effectiveness through beverage and labour costing initiatives.
