MIB Consumer Services Corp., is currently seeking a permanent part time Service Ontario Agent for our two locations who is French speaking. This role may alternate with our Hamilton locations as well.

Job Requirements:

Secondary/Post Secondary Education. 1 - 2 years customer service experience. Experience handling cash transactions. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in computers/technology. An adaptable approach to work as position responsibilities will change to meet member/client requirements. A team approach to work is required as efforts are focused on team results. You must be flexible with regards to working various hours including days, evenings and Saturdays. Must be fluent in French.
