Realtor (French language proficiency preferred) - KO Realty, Calgary, Alberta

What We Offer:High-Quality Leads Provided

Qualified leads are produced via internal marketing efforts. Low referral split: Only 30% on company leads (much lower than the typical 50-60%).
Exceptional Teaching

There are two sessions per week, led by experts in their fields, such as realtors, lawyers, mortgage brokers, and immigration consultants. This program aims to support agents who work with multicultural and bilingual communities.
Flexible, Low-Cost Fee Structure

The monthly charges start at a very low $50. Flat rate plans are offered, with fees of up to $300 per transaction, depending on the plan chosen. No commission split on personal deals.
Mentorship and Community

Open to both new and experienced agents. Work alongside mentors who understand the French community and client needs. We regularly attend local French events and trade shows with a view to establishing networking opportunities and lead generation.
Physical Office Location

Its physical address has been designated as Suite 206, 301 14th Street Northwest, Calgary. Central Calgary location with meeting room access and ample visitor parking. A work-conducive or client-meeting-friendly professional environment.
Internal Marketing and Technology

Access to a full marketing team for social media, SEO, website support, Google Maps, and design. Agents are given signs and lockboxes for open houses. Optional CRM with automated sales processes ($30/month), or bring your own.
Office Benefits

Free printing services and free office supplies. AREA pre-allocates resources to support increased accessibility.
Responsive Brokerage

Agent assistance is always on hand, even for handling after-hours emergencies.
Eligibility

RECA Real Estate License required (or currently in process -- you may still join training and gain experience with client permission). Sales and negotiation skills. Having skills in either English or French communication is a plus. The offer of a chance to interact with French speakers in Calgary carries substantial value.
