:

We are looking for a sales and customer service oriented person with a strong background in heavy equipment, particularly agricultural and farm equipment. Preference to any one who's a licensed HD Mechanic or has experience working with the equipment.

You will be joining a company with a leading presence in Western Canada's growing agriculture equipment business to support a booming agriculture market.

As Service Manager, this customer-facing position's ideal candidate will be a solid leader and build a foundation of accountability and promote quality work and exceptional customer service within the service department.

What you'll be doing:

-Manage, oversee and delegate effectively to your service team and staff

-Planning, administration and general management and day to day operations and supervision of staff

-Oversee work directed by team leaders and direct reports

-Signing authority of internal work orders

-Ensure bottom line of profitability for Services provided

-Report to Regional Sales Manager accordingly

-Solutions for personnel turnover and staffing needs

-Maintain and ensure health, safety and cleanliness and security of shop and work environment

-Focus on and achieve high customer satisfaction and identify areas of improvement and opportunity

-Mentor and motivate your team and staff and create a positive culture that promotes open communication

Required Qualifications :

-High level of knowledge and technical proficiency of agriculture materials and equipment

-Previous service manager experience

-Strong communication skills

-Strong computer skills and proficiency with knowledge of of Microsoft Office Suite

-Proficiency of labour and billing rates, inventory control

-High level of leadership and management skills

-Licensed HD Mechanic preferred

-Experience with equipment brands including CASE IH, New Holland a strong asset
