Service Manager

.

Responsibilities:

Customer Experience & Communication

+ Ensure every customer receives exceptional service consistent with Rugged Rock Harley-Davidson standards.
+ Greet customers, assess service needs, and communicate repair timelines, costs, and updates clearly.
+ Resolve customer complaints swiftly and professionally.
+ Maintain a welcoming, premium service environment that reflects the Harley-Davidson and Arctic Cat lifestyle and culture.
Department Leadership & Staff Management

+ Lead, mentor, and coach service advisors, technicians, detailers, and support staff.
+ Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing training.
+ Recruit, onboard, and develop high-performing service team members.
+ Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
Operational & Workflow Management

Qualifications:

3+ years experience in motorcycle, automotive, powersports, or similar service management role. Strong technical understanding of motorcycle service, preferably Harley-Davidson. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Ability to interpret financial reports and manage department profitability. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
