Responsibilities

Lead and train service teams on all processes from check in to check out Hands on training with advisors on communicating with customers Monitor and ensure service team training is up to date with all manufacturers Ensure staff remains on tasks and all departments remains in great shape Continuously work at monitoring and reducing cost inefficiencies Oversee all work in progress and ensure invoicing Manage schedules Manage Parts "service rep" Responsible for ensuring we meet manufacture requirements on Customer Satisfaction with each brand Dispatch and work with Technicians on quality control Responsible for hiring and growing the service department to the next level

Successful candidate must:

Be able to work in a fast pace environment Work Tuesday to Saturday 8 am till close Demonstrate a great team work experience Have relevant customer service/ Management experience
Items considered an asset

Be Bilingual Powersports Experience Previous management experience in powersports or automotive industry

Pay: $39,411.68-$103,831.56 per year
