Job Summary

We're looking for a skilled and motivated

Service Manager

to lead our automotive service department. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of leadership, mechanical know-how, and customer service excellence. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting a team of technicians, and ensuring every customer receives top-quality service.

Responsibilities

Managing daily operations in the service department Communicating with customers and scheduling work Writing estimates and invoices Leading and supporting our team of techs Schedule jobs for techs Working closely with parts and admin staff Ensure parts are billed correctly

Qualifications

Experience in a shop or service management role Strong communication and leadership skills Good understanding of diesel trucks and repairs Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling busy days Experience with Shop Monkey and QuickBooks is an asset (but not required) Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships. Experience in cash handling and financial transactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
