Working closely with parts and admin staff
Ensure parts are billed correctly
Qualifications
Experience in a shop or service management role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good understanding of diesel trucks and repairs
Organized, dependable, and comfortable handling busy days
Experience with Shop Monkey and QuickBooks is an asset (but not required)
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with customers and team members.
