• Supporting a team of sales associate and project coordinators in a fast paced and competitive environment.
• Work with contractors/installers on various projects from single dwellings to multi-units.
• Travels to construction sites for customer support as needed.
• Coordinating multi-unit installation projects in the field.
• Evaluate quality of installation and renovation projects.
• Help recruiting and onboarding of new installers.
• Helping to resolve customer challenges quickly and efficiently.
• Stay updated about latest building code trends and market conditions.
• Demonstrate high standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven to succeed.
• Understanding of the importance of customers-focus.
• A strong foundation in construction / renovation and customer service.
• Problem solver who can work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and team player.
• Organized, can manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Microsoft Office skills and willingness to learn new software programs.
• Able to travel to customer sites, a valid driver\xe2\x80\x99s license is required.
• A knowledge of building materials, and the construction process is required.
• Knowledge of building codes would be considered an asset.
• Strong verbal and written communication (bilingual would be considered an asset French/English).
