Reporting to the Financial Partners, you will engage with new and existing clients, manage client relationships, and uphold client satisfaction standards. You will also oversee preparing and maintaining critical client documentation and CRM systems while staying informed about industry changes.Ideal fit for the role:You will have a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Business, with over three years of experience in a client service administrative role. A background in the financial industry is valued, and a Life Insurance License is an asset. You are highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative, with strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality.
