• 
  Coordinate daily services and repairs of units in a 24/7 shop environment and prioritize repairs accordingly
• Manage parts distribution and inventory as per our corporate KPI\'s
• Process parts, coding and time on work orders
• Complete Quality Checks on Maintenance Supervisor\'s to determine if work completed conforms to our corporate standards
• Schedule repairs with Dispatch and Operations to avoid disruption in freight services and our customer commitments
• Carries out Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization\'s policies and applicable laws
• Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring and training employees
• Planning, assigning and directing work flow
• Performance appraisals
• Responsible for each shift\'s throughput targets for services and annual CVI\'s
• Focused on improving efficiency, profitability and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 
  Good organizational skills
• 310T license
• Good communication and decision making skills
• Technical, Mechanical, Troubleshooting and problem solving skills
• Focused on cost analysis and cost reduction
