Job Description

Kelly Ford is looking for a Service Manager to join our team in our Grand Falls-Windsor location. The successful incumbent will oversee and direct the work of team members, interact with customers, compile reports, process warranties, and oversee day to day transactions. Our ideal candidate will possess experience working in the automotive industry either managing fixed operations in a dealership or working at a service desk. We are seeking an applicant who can adapt to the highs and lows associated with the business, will continuously motivate their team and reinforce positive growth, and is invested in the business. Required Skills:

• Experience providing high quality customer support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think critically, troubleshoot and multi-task
• Take ownership of customer issues and follow through with possible solutions
• Ability to lead and mentor customer service agents in the areas of sales and customer engagement through empowering leadership
• Experience working with service software, databases and tools (Ex. PBS)
• Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
• Process and complete accurate warranties
• Awareness of industry developments and best practices to aid in improving services, policies, and procedures.
• Willing to learn latest technology and applications

Requirements

• High school or equivalent
• Drivers License with clean drivers abstract

Required experience

• Automotive: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 2 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 per year Benefits:
