Floor Manager

to join in on the excitement. Working under the General Manager, this position is responsible for leading our front-of-house team and ensure an unforgettable guest experience at Jubilations. On a day-to-day basis the right candidate will:

Manage employees: recruit, onboard, train, conduct performance reviews, provide guidance, assign tasks, and dismiss, as required

Collaborate with the Stage Manager to ensure quality control of all theatre areas

Review nightly requirements prior to opening to satisfy specific guest requests, understand and communicate special occasion requirements, and modify floor plans/priority seating, as needed

Ensure general cleanliness and functionality of the theatre, while seeing that employees are always presenting themselves professionally

Collaborate with kitchen staff to manage and communicate all aspects of the menu

Complete all necessary paperwork, as assigned and on time

Complete all reporting requirements (nightly events, labour stats, operations, and follow up, as required

Assist in the development and maintenance of service standards

Perform general cleaning and maintenance duties, as required

Provide flexibility and be open to performing other duties, as required

The right candidate will demonstrate on their resume:

3 years of management experience in a full-service bar/restaurant setting

Proficiency with large scale events and people management

Customer-focused experience related roles

Ability to work efficiently and juggle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
