As we grow, we're looking for a motivated, organized, and people-focused Service Manager to lead our service department with purpose -- someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to lead with accountability, and is passionate about performance and team success.
Your Mission

Lead the charge in coordinating day-to-day service operations, driving KPIs, and helping us scale with excellence. You'll be at the center of operations across multiple locations, making sure our service team runs like a well-oiled machine - with speed, precision, and heart.
? What You'll Do

Daily Operations Leadership
Lead dispatchers and oversee daily technician scheduling for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction
Maintain warehouse inventory and manage stock levels across technician vehicles and locations
Coordinate parts pickups and deliveries to ensure seamless field operations

KPI Ownership & Performance Tracking
Own and monitor key metrics including:
Weekly and daily revenue
Gross profit and GP%
Run rates
Dispatch response times
Inventory accuracy
Assist technicians in building strong job options that support sales while maintaining target margins

Cross-Functional Leadership
Manage the residential salesperson to align service and customer expectations
Purchase all products and materials for both install and service jobs
Present and report on performance in weekly and monthly team meetings
Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to drive company-wide initiatives and continuous improvement
Pay & Performance

Base Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 (based on experience)
Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonus opportunities (earn up to $120, 000)
