South Fort Chevrolet has proudly served Fort Saskatchewan for nearly four decades as a family-owned and operated dealership. We're looking for an experienced and motivated

Service Manager

to lead our busy Service Department and deliver the high level of care our customers expect.

What You'll Do:

Lead the Service Department to achieve strong results in customer satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability Manage daily operations, staffing, and workflow for service advisors, technicians, and support staff Coach and mentor your team to ensure consistent performance and professional growth Maintain high standards for repair quality, warranty compliance, and safety procedures Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally Collaborate with Parts and Sales Departments to maximize overall dealership success Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement process improvements Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one reviews

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Service Manager or Assistant Service Manager in an automotive dealership (GM or Chevrolet experience is an asset) Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Understanding of warranty administration, repair order flow, and service metrics Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with PBS (dealership management software) and Microsoft Office Valid

Class 5 driver's license

Pay: $130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
