Service / Installation Technician - Dairy Farm Equipment - Chilliwack, BC

Pacific Dairy Centre Ltd. located in Chilliwack, BC, is an established, unique, innovative and growing business.

Pacific Dairy Centre Ltd. provides "white glove service, support and sales" to the Dairy Farm Industry by providing animal health products and sanitation supplies along with dairy milking, feeding, irrigation and manure systems and equipment.

Proficient with IT platforms such as MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) as well as various online platforms and portals.

Ability to lift 70 lbs.

Have a valid BC Driver's license.

On-call rotation one week and weekend per month, including Statutory holidays.

This opportunity involves working on dairy farm equipment across the Fraser Valley and occasionally on Vancouver Island potentially overnight.

The following skills will be considered during the application evaluation process, and Pacific Dairy Centre may provide additional training for the successful applicant based on aptitude and ability to learn.

Welding (Stick, Tig and/or Mig).

Troubleshooting dealership / factory equipment.

Electronics/computers including equipment controls/PLC.

Electrical motor service.

Previous Dairy Farm related work experience.

This position is Full-time.

Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.
