These companies specialize in the installation, repair, and maintenance of overhead doors, dock levelers, and related equipment for commercial and industrial facilities.

Service & Installation Coordinator

, to add to our growing team!



The

Service & Installation Coordinator

plays a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day service & installation activities within our fast-paced team. This individual will coordinate technician schedules, manage incoming service requests, maintain customer communication, and support the operations team with administrative and logistical needs.


Key Responsibilities:





o

Schedule & Dispatch:



Coordinate daily technician schedules, dispatch work orders, and optimize routes to ensure timely delivery service.



o

Customer Service:



Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requesting service. Provide updates, follow-ups, and solutions to service inquiries.



o

Work Order Management:



Open, close, and track service work orders in the system. Ensure accuracy in data entry and documentation.



o

Parts & Inventory Coordination:



Assist in ordering and managing parts required for service jobs. Liaise with suppliers and technicians to ensure timely availability.



o

Technician Support:



Provide logistical and administrative support to field service technicians. Confirm site access, required tools, and job-specific instructions.



o

Billing & Invoicing Support

:

Work with the finance team to ensure all completed work is invoiced accurately and promptly.



o

Reporting:



Maintain daily/weekly service reports, tracking key metrics such as response time, job completion rate, and technician utilization.




What we're looking for:




Prior experience in service coordination, dispatch, or administrative role (preferably in construction, trades, or a service-based industry) Strong communication skills--written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with service management or dispatch software an asset (e.g., Service Titan, Jobber, Jonas) Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask Customer-focused, with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to a changing environment



Compensation:

$50,000 ~ $55,000 annually
