Service Engineers / Technicians / Representatives- Medical Equipment
CSI /Spire Group is focused on providing researchers and clinicians with quality Infection Prevention equipment and Coroner's offices with stainless steel and refrigeration solutions that assist in their critical work.
We provide unique opportunities to our Field Service Engineers / Technicians / Representatives to employ their technical experience by collaborating with healthcare professionals by installing and servicing the products we produce. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, retrofitting, and updating medical equipment in hospitals, research labs, universities, surgery centers, and pharmaceutical manufacturing locations.
We aim to put together a team of professionals to lead and manage the strategic part of our business.

Key Job responsibilities:
Installation and Site Support at customer locations throughout the US and Canada.
Organizing, testing, and updating medical equipment, configuring hardware, software, and network products.
Set-up and organization and smooth functioning of equipment
Complete retrofits, control installations, and customer training
Troubleshoot and remedy equipment-related issues.
Work independently to resolve technical problems and maintain good customer relationships.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and customer needs.
Keeps personal equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance.
Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Maintains customer confidence in equipment and service.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
Includes company paid accommodation, rental vehicle, airfare, and meal per diem.
Perform extensive travel as needed within USA and Canada, including but not limited to Monday through Friday.
Qualifications / Requirements.
2 -3 or more years of experience in technical field service, repair, installation, and customer service
Academic qualification ( degree/ diploma) in electrical, mechanical, electronics and or systems
Technical hands-on experience equipment diagnostic skills will be an asset.
Ability to assemble and disassemble equipment.
Experience with hand tools and measurement tools preferred.
Must have strong problem-solving skills and excellent organizational skills.
Valid Driver's license
