Job Title: Service Desk Supprt Engineer
Location: Toronto, ON
Duration: Long Term Contract :
  • Skilled and enthusiastic engineer who can provide operational support for workplace and end user machines.
  • Experience in Ticketing System, ServiceNow, etc.
  • Installing applications, troubleshooting issues with office applications and other
  • Performing OS upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10
  • Technology; ability to document processes and procedures.
  • Attending user calls and fixing issues for users
  • Must be strong team player
  • Outstanding Customer service skills required
  • Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills Implementation of Projects
