Receiving calls and electronic mail requests from customers for various reasons related to service, maintenance, and new installations
Created work orders on all incoming calls, e-mails and completed service calls
Monitor daily workload of all service requests to ensure the technicians have the appropriate level of work assigned to them for completion/resolution
Follow up on work orders in progress and ensure customers satisfaction
Responsible for following up on quotes as required and once approved, are done in timely manner
Daily management and monitoring of all work in progress
Responsible for scheduling of preventive maintenances in advance and confirming dates with the customer
Ensure scheduled Preventive Maintenances are done within the month
Responsible to ensure all relevant special safety, customer procedures, and site specific information is on work orders provided to Service Technician
Assist with any special reporting that is required for clients
Responsible for creating purchase orders work orders; materials; and equipment.
Responsible for working with administration and billing to correct technician issues -missing material/ etc.
Assist in providing Service Technicians with purchase order numbers; and enter purchase order detail.
Ability to manage constantly changing priorities and adapt to business needs and requirements
Pricing of recommendations generated by maintenance and service calls
Assist co-workers with day to day operations and set up schedules.
Assist with loading and unloading of deliveries and equipment
Facilitate effective & productive communication with other team members, sub-contractors staff and other employees
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications:
3-5+ years dispatch experience in service
