As a Service Coordinator you will...



? Coordinate and oversee generator deliveries and start-up procedures to ensure timely and efficient installations.

? Manage the job closing process and handle invoicing tasks promptly and accurately.

? Act as the central point of contact for service and repair calls, providing 24/7 dispatch support to our teams.

? Conduct proactive follow-up phone calls to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with our services.

? Efficiently process work orders, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

? Coordinate the maintenance activities of our rental fleet to guarantee their optimal functionality at all times.

? Oversee inventory levels and assist in optimizing stock levels to meet operational demands.

? Manage the handling and storage of materials, ensuring safety protocols and efficiency in material utilization.

Is this role right for you?



? You have strong customer service and communication skills

? You have experience scheduling and coordinating maintenance activities

? You have 1-2 years of relevant experience in a service role

? You are proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Word

? You are knowledgeable about power generation

? You have a valid driver's license in good standing
