We are searching for a highly organized candidate to join our Service team as our next Service Coordinator. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery for our customers through precise scheduling, effective communication, and continual improvement of our processes. We're looking for someone who not only thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment but is also eager to grow over time



This position is based in our Edmonton office.



The day-to-day activities of our Service Coordinator will include:



Schedule Management - Collaborate with the Service Supervisor to create schedules for the Service team. Manage the service calendar, confirm appointments for customers and communicate changes with the team and other departments. Ensure technician hours are entered correctly into timesheets. Customer Experience - Generate work orders and sales orders, monitor progress of jobs, and create invoices. Keep accurate records of service department activities and provide reporting as needed. Greet walk-in customers and assist them with placing orders and order pick-up. Teamwork and Continuous Improvement - Build positive relationships and coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure service is delivered efficiently. Review and evaluate service reports and close open work orders, suggesting and implementing improvements as necessary.

The right candidate will demonstrate the following qualifications on their resume:



2+ years of scheduling experience in a fast-paced environment (field service or industrial experience is a strong asset) Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas) and an aptitude for learning new software quickly Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, Teams, and Word. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX or a similar ERP system is a plus.
