Dispatcher

and help ensure our clients get fast, professional support when they need it most.

This is a new position, and you'll play a key role in helping us build and perfect our dispatching process. You'll have the opportunity to shape the role as we scale and implement new workflow structures.



About Us:



We're a Saskatchewan-based Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small to mid-sized businesses with cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, and day-to-day IT support. With a team of 15 and growing, we're passionate about great service and strong client relationships.

What You'll Do:



Review incoming tickets and determine urgency, impact, and appropriate priority Assign and schedule tickets to the right technicians based on skills and availability Communicate clearly with clients regarding scheduling, ETAs, and updates Monitor open tickets to ensure progress and SLA compliance Escalate critical issues when needed and keep team members informed Ensure ticket documentation and time entries are accurate and timely Provide reporting and insights on ticket trends and technician workloads

What We're Looking For:



Experience in dispatching, scheduling, coordination, or service desk support Strong organizational skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities Excellent communication and customer service skills Familiarity with Autotask, ConnectWise, or similar ticketing system (preferred) Understanding of IT support environments and ticket triage (asset) MSP or IT industry experience is a strong plus

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
