Nelson Water Inc., a leading provider of high-quality water treatment solutions and bottled water delivery services, is seeking a proactive and versatile individual to join our team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting customers throughout the day to promote quarterly, bi-annual, and annual services for their water treatment equipment, as well as supporting our bottled water delivery clients. Responsibilities:
Proactively contact existing customers by phone to discuss and promote our maintenance services for their water treatment equipment.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing their questions or concerns.
Effectively communicate the benefits of our annual services, including cost savings, improved water quality, and extended equipment lifespan.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide assistance, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.
Manage bottled water delivery accounts, including setting up new customers, processing orders, scheduling deliveries, and handling delivery adjustments.
Address billing questions, delivery concerns, and product inquiries from bottled water clients, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Assist with order tracking, shipment coordination, and delivery updates.
Collaborate with internal teams, including technicians, delivery drivers, and service personnel, to schedule appointments and service visits.
Stay knowledgeable about our water treatment solutions, bottled water services, features, and pricing to address customer inquiries and tailor recommendations.
Handle other related duties assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
Previous experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is a plus.
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to engage and persuade customers over the phone.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic approach.
Strong multitasking abilities with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic computer skills and experience using Microsoft Suite.
Knowledge or interest in water treatment equipment and bottled water services is desirable.
