Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced full-time Service Coordinator to join our service team. Successful candidates must possess exceptional customer service skills, the ability to multitask, good time management skills and be detail oriented. The Service Coordinator will also be responsible for efficient scheduling of technician's day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service promptly and professionally
- Communicate with clients to understand their service needs and preferences
- Coordinate service schedules, appointment reminders and follow-up with clients
- Scheduling of technicians for service and installation
- Creating work orders, relay details to technicians, promptly closing work orders once work is completed.
- Understand our services and effectively communicate all offerings to the customer
- Resolve customer dissatisfactions and complaints
Qualification Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- An organized individual with the ability to work independently as well as with others
- Fluent computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills of the English language
