The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing our service operations, ensuring client satisfaction and contributing to the overall success of Atlantic Chemex.
Responsibilities:
Service Scheduling:
Strategically plan and schedule service team activities for our factory trained technicians based on smart geographical planning to optimize efficiency and reduce travel time.
Coordinate service appointments with clients and internal teams.
Customer Communication:
Make outbound calls to schedule services, explore new business opportunities, and ensure proactive communication with clients.
Handle inbound service calls, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Product Knowledge:
Thoroughly learn and understand Atlantic Chemex products to effectively communicate features, benefits, and service requirements to clients.
Productivity and Profitability:
Implement tactics to enhance the productivity and profitability of service operations.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products during service appointments.
Service Meetings:
Plan and conduct regular service meetings to communicate updates, share best practices, and address challenges.
Collaborate with the service team to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration with Teams:
Coordinate with the accounts receivable team to ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
Collaborate with the parts team to manage inventory and ensure service technicians have the necessary materials for efficient service delivery.
CRM Utilization:
Utilize the online CRM system to track service progress, maintain accurate customer records, and generate insightful reports.
Regularly update the CRM with service-related information and client interactions.
Computer Skills:
Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software and other relevant tools.
Communication and Planning:
Possess exceptional communication skills to interact with clients, internal teams, and service technicians effectively.
Develop and implement strategic planning to streamline service processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in service coordination or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Proficient in computer skills, including the use of CRM systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to learn and understand technical aspects of products and services.
Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
