Residential Service Consultant
to join our team. If you have strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to assist homeowners with their roofing and exterior needs, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities
Client Consultations
- Visit homeowners at their properties to assess roofing and exterior needs, provide expert recommendations, and explain service options.Phone Support
- Answer inquiries, educate clients on available solutions, and schedule inspections.Technical & Sales Expertise
- Clearly communicate roofing and exterior solutions, helping homeowners make informed decisions.Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, consultations, and customer interactions.Follow-Up & Customer Care
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to potential and existing customers.Qualifications
Post-secondary education (degree or diploma preferred).
Valid driver's license (required).
Experience inroofing, exteriors, or a related industry
is an asset.Excellent communication, sales, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explaintechnical concepts
to homeowners in a clear and professional manner. Strongorganizational and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36,778.00-$64,484.00 per year
Schedule:
Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
