Mercedes-Benz Country Hills is seeking a warm, attentive, and highly organized Service Concierge to be the vital first impression for our valued customers. As the welcoming face of our service department, you'll create seamless, personalized experiences that make our customers feel valued and cared for every visit.
Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally, setting the tone for a premium service experience.
• Manage the daily scheduling and coordination of the shuttle service to ensure timely and efficient transportation for our guests, accommodating their needs and preferences while maintaining smooth communication with drivers and service staff.
• Manage the daily availability, scheduling, and upkeep of all courtesy cars, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and ready for customer use. Coordinate with drivers and service advisors to optimize loaner car allocation and turnaround times, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and respond with clear, helpful information.
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries with a friendly, solution-focused attitude.
• Offering thoughtful hospitality, like drinks and snacks, to make visitors feel at home.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of service appointments.
• Process payments and transactions with care and attention.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years in a customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
• A natural passion for customer care and creating positive experiences.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software tools.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to excellence.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
