Audi Mississauga has two locations. Our premier new facility is in the heart of Peel region next to Toronto Pearson Airport. We are seeking a motivated team member to join our existing Service Department for our Audi Mississauga Airport location. With state-of-the-art equipment, a combined 29 work bays, multiple customer lounges, and digital tools to facilitate premium client experiences, we are prepared to leverage these resources to grow into the destination of choice for Audi Sales, Service and Parts in the Greater Toronto Area. Key Responsibilities:

This is a dual role. Rotating as Service Concierge and Shuttle Driver as required. As Service Concierge/Audi Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for greeting customers, tagging, and parking vehicles for service, as well as ensuring that vehicles are washed, cleaned and ready for pick-up. In addition, you will also provide safe transportation for customers to and from Audi dealerships and customers' destination with the highest level of customer satisfaction. You are an avid team player and support the Service Departments with other duties as required such as valets, dealer trades, filing and small task.

What you bring to the role

The key skills and qualities of a Service Concierge/Shuttle Driver:

Valid Ontario driver's license (Class "G" or higher) and safe driving record. Clean Driver's Abstract. 3 years driving, luxury vehicle dealership experience an asset. Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills. Fluent in English. Ability to meet the needs of a diverse client base. Customer service experience. Ability to always work in adherence to company safety standards. A proven self-starter that can work well under stressful situations. Strong work ethic and a positive team attitude. Flexible and willing to assist in the Service Department with miscellaneous duties during down time.
