Position Summary

The Service Centre Coordinator position is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties for the service departments of the branch.



Specific Accountabilities

Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate departments Answer all customer questions and queries related to Service Dispatching of technicians to job sites Plan and coordinate service calls with and in conjunction with available field technician Plan, coordinate and communicate, with parts dept., service writer, PSSR, field service technician and customer, all necessary follow up repairs Create service work orders Contact all customers on PM program and schedule technician to perform PM when PM is due Run and review PM due report weekly and provide updates to management regularly Sort daily time tickets Prepare time tickets for entry by calculating total time worked at each customer site, total daily hours worked by technician and identify LDI'S, emissions, PMs and additional work Input time ticket information Enter Technician's weekly hours in Ceridian for payroll processing Verify work order for accuracy and close work order Create service invoices Service filing

Depending on Branch size this position may also include:



Managing the rental process including taking calls, preparing contracts, arranging delivery of truck and input into financial systems

Qualifications

Education & Work Experience

High school completion or equivalent education proficiency and 2 years' experience in an administrative office position.

Excellent verbal communications skills Planning and organizing skills Proficient with MS Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks, process large volumes, work well under pressure Customer service oriented and a team player
