Position Overview

Fresh recognizes that our Front of House staff are an integral part of our team. Our Bar Team consists of Bartenders and Service Bartenders to cater to the wide range of juices, smoothies, hot drinks and alcoholic drinks that we offer. A Service Bartender would be providing customer satisfaction by preparing and assembling all of our signature drinks in our busy restaurants for dine-in and take-out orders without servicing guests directly. A Bartender is in charge of serving and greeting guests in our bar seating section and preparing signature cocktails. The ideal candidate would be an energetic, personable, team player who can communicate clearly while working in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail and organizational skills.

We operate 7 days a week between the hours of 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM, there is flexibility within the schedules, but all staff must be available to work weekends. All shifts are about 3-8 hours.

What Are We Looking For?

• Open and flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Able to complete physically demanding tasks - standing for long periods, lifting 50lbs, bending and reaching, etc.
• Comfortable handling a knife
• Must have a Smart Serve certification
• Has Food Handler Certification (bonus)
• Experience working at a cafe, restaurant, or bar (bonus)

Summary of Responsibilities

• Prepares alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks quickly without sacrificing quality
• Provides customer satisfaction by assembling and serving drinks
• Maintains a clean and sanitary work station as you go
• Adheres to outlined healthy and safety procedures
• Ensures a smooth service by completing inventory counts
• Articulates product knowledge clearly to coworkers and guests
• Memorizes menu items and ingredients to ensure consistency and accuracy
• Communicates openly with FOH and BOH about shortages and assistance
